Compression Molding & Rubber Molding

Compression Molding

Compression molding is a widely used, cost-effective manufacturing method for producing high-quality rubber components. The process involves placing a pre-measured amount of material into a heated mold cavity, then applying pressure to shape and cure it. This technique delivers durable parts with excellent dimensional stability, making it ideal for low-to-medium production volumes, large-sized components, and applications that demand superior mechanical strength and performance.

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Molding

LSR molding is a highly precise and automated process that uses liquid silicone material injected into heated molds by injection molding machine. LSR offers exceptional heat resistance, flexibility, and biocompatibility, making it suitable for medical devices, automotive components, consumer products, and food-grade applications. The process ensures consistency, high-quality surface finish, and the ability to mold complex geometries.
