Malveen joined Polyplas in 2010 as a management trainee and has been exposed to diverse areas such as planning, production, and secondary processes. In 2013 he was given the task of heading secondary process dept and subsequently promoted to Planning Manager in 2014.

In 2018, he assumed the role of Senior Manager of Supply Chain, spearheading strategic initiatives and optimizing processes.

Since 2021, Malveen has been entrusted with operational leadership at Polyplas, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to drive organizational success.
